The Forever Warranty: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Forever Warranty, our lifetime warranty program designed to give you peace of mind. We understand accidents happen, which is why we're here to ensure your beautiful glassware continues to bring joy for years to come.

Please review the terms and conditions below to understand how our warranty works and how you can take advantage of it.


What is Covered

Our Forever Warranty covers free single drinking glass replacements in the event your glassware is broken or damaged through normal use. This warranty applies only to glassware purchased directly from Orion's Table (www.orionstable.com) and is valid for the lifetime of the product or the lifetime of our company.


How to Claim Your Warranty

To claim your free replacement under the Forever Warranty, please submit the following information using the form at the bottom of this page:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Shipping Address
  3. Order Number
  4. A photo of the damaged glassware

All claims can be submitted via email to info@orionstable.com. Once your claim is received and processed, we will ship your replacement glass free of charge.


Warranty Limitations

  • Maximum Replacements: Customers are eligible to receive a maximum of four (4) replacement glasses per year for tumblers, three (3) replacement glasses per year for stemware, and (2) replacements per year for pitchers under this warranty. 

  • Exclusions: Certain specialty items may be exempt from our warranty, and thus, will be marked as such on the product page or information. Please note, that in some cases, a product may be discontinued, and in such cases, we will offer replacements only until our inventory in depleted or offer a supplemental product in its place. 

  • Types of Glasses Covered: The warranty is limited to our glassware items. Dinnerware, serveware, or specialty products are not included. 


Non-Transferable

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the glassware. Proof of purchase is required to claim a replacement. Warranty is active for gifted items when provided with proof of purchase through original buyer.


How We Handle Replacements

Once your claim is approved, we will process and ship your replacement glass within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are waived, and the replacement will be sent to the shipping address provided in your claim.


Orion's Table's Rights

Orion's Table reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Forever Warranty program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated via our website. In the event the program ends, warranty will continue to be honored for customers who purchased the warrantied products up until the date of discontinuation.
